Boci was found in Cyprus in a terrible state, covered in ticks and frightened of every person who came near him. He had every reason to give up on people. He didn't.
With the vets, and with a bit of patience and kindness, he sprang back to life. What really brought him out of himself was other dogs. Once he had his own kind around him, he thrived, and these days he's a happy, sociable boy who gets on brilliantly with other dogs and with cats too.
Because of that, we'd love to find him a home with a resident dog. He takes his lead from other dogs and he's at his most confident with one beside him.
He's still young, around six to seven months, and about 13.6kg, so there's plenty of growing and learning ahead for the right family to enjoy.
Boci is looking for a foster or forever home, ready around October or November.
