Maya
Maya
Maya was found alone in a field between two villages. The people who spotted her were already feeding stray dogs in the area, and they cared enough not to walk away. They contacted us to ask if we could help, and of course we said yes.
She was very malnourished when she was found. She had simply been in the right place at the right time, noticed by people who chose to do something. Now she is safe, being cared for, and getting everything she needs to grow healthy and strong again.
Maya is only around one-and-a-half to two years old and she is a wonderfully sweet-natured young girl. She has a few months of care ahead of her, and should be ready to travel to the UK in late November.
Until then she is looking for a sponsor to help towards her food, kennelling and travel preparation. She is also looking for her forever family, and she can be reserved for adoption now, so she could have a home waiting for her by the time she is ready to travel.
