Melody was wanted for one reason — and when that reason was taken away, so was her home. This beautiful Golden Retriever girl was destined for breeding, but when her owners discovered she was unable to have puppies, they decided to get rid of her. Just like that.
What they left behind is a gentle, well-mannered, healthy 2.5 year old girl who had already known the warmth of a home. Now she is in kennels, waiting patiently for someone to see her for what she truly is — not a commodity, but a companion.
Melody is everything a Golden Retriever should be. Soft-natured, calm and beautifully behaved, she will slot into the right home as though she was always meant to be there. We are already accepting applications for her, so if she sounds like your kind of girl, we would love to hear from you.
