How to use: 

Place the inner bag in a freezer-proof bag or container and freeze for at least 1 hour. Once cooled, slip it into the cover provided and rest it across your eyes. Keep the bag and contents dry, and do not ingest the contents. The filling can be removed for washing via the Velcro seal - check the seal is secure before use. Not suitable for small children or during pregnancy.
